Kitchen has full sized appliances, water filter system, and an ice maker in the fridge.

Parking:  Shared driveway space with 1 guest spots right by the suite door. Additional street parking. Access to 32amp electric car charger.

Heating/Cooling: The house has central heating and cooling controlled by a central thermostat. While the suite does not have access to the thermostat the vents are easy to open and close to find your perfect temperature.

Living room: Large couch,coffee table, window bar work station, electric fireplace and 60” smart TV with cable, and internet.

Kitchen: Island seating for 4. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with icemaker. Reverse osmosis water system. Small appliances as follows

Bathroom: Shower/tub combination with entry grab bar. Toilet with bidet, and single sink vanity. Towel hooks behind door. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms: Queen sized beds, space heaters, closets, wall hooks and luggage racks. Makeup vanity in one room, laundry hamper and dresser in other room.

Outdoor space: Seasonal patio with front lawn and table for 4. Propane BBQ, Patio umbrella for warm months, small propane fire table available for shoulder season. Solar string lights and basic herb planters for guest use.

BBQ propane is provided. BBQ use is seasonal from April 1st - Oct 31st

We live upstairs and will be available on most occasions. 

Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay: We have two young kids that live with us upstairs.
